Common Questions
Do you need FAA clearance for drone flights?
Yes — and we handle it all. Our pilot is FAA Part 107 certified and we obtain any required airspace authorizations (LAANC) before every flight.
How fast can I get my final video?
Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days depending on the package. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Can you film inside and outside?
Absolutely. We shoot in-studio, on-location, and in the air. We bring professional lighting for any environment.
What formats do you deliver in?
We deliver in whatever you need — 4K ProRes for broadcast, H.264/H.265 for web, vertical crops for social, and raw footage if requested.
Do you travel outside Portland?
Yes. We cover all of Oregon, Washington, and the Pacific Northwest. Travel fees apply outside the Portland metro area.
Can I use the footage for ads?
Yes. All deliverables include a full commercial usage license. You own the rights to use the footage across any platform.
