Common Questions
Is a deposit required?
Yes. We require a refundable security deposit based on the equipment value. It's returned in full when gear is returned on time and in good condition.
Is insurance included?
Basic coverage is included in our rates. For high-value gear or commercial productions, we can discuss additional coverage options.
Is delivery available?
Delivery and pickup can be arranged for an additional fee within the Portland metro area. Contact us for a quote.
What if equipment is damaged?
Report any damage immediately. Our deposit covers minor wear; significant damage may incur additional charges. We'll work with you to resolve fairly.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead for popular items. Same-day pickup is often available — check with us.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, if the equipment isn't reserved by someone else. Contact us before your return time to extend. Additional days are prorated.
