What's the turnaround time?+
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days. Rush delivery (48hr turnaround) is available for an additional fee.
What should I bring to the shoot?+
Bring your products clean and ready to display. If you have packaging, props, or brand guidelines, bring those too. We'll handle the rest.
What file formats do you deliver?+
High-resolution JPEG, PNG, and TIFF. We can also provide formats optimized for specific platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) upon request.
Do you meet Amazon and Shopify requirements?+
Yes. Our white background images meet Amazon's main image requirements (pure white #FFFFFF, 1000px minimum). We also optimize for Shopify, Etsy, and other marketplaces.
How many products can we shoot per session?+
It depends on complexity. Simple products (flat lay, white bg) can be 15–25 per session. Complex products or lifestyle shots may be fewer. We'll give you a clear estimate during our consultation.
Do you ship products to the studio?+
Yes. You can ship products directly to our studio. We'll handle them with care and return them after the shoot. We can also arrange pickup/delivery for local Portland clients.
